Taking Measurements

When it comes to made-to-measure (MTM), providing the ultimate shirting experience is all about measurements and craftsmanship. Over 30 years of experience allow us to confidently take care of the latter, but accurately taking your measurements is one of, if not the most crucial part of the process. There, you’ll be guided throughout the entire process to ensure your shirt fits you flawlessly.

All orders are subject to acceptance and fabric availability. To place an order you must first create an account by registering in the MY ACCOUNT area on the website; here you will be able change personal information such as delivery or billing addresses and email, check the status of current and previous orders and view your wishlist. When placing an order you expressly authorize us to perform credit checks and, if necessary, to obtain or request information about you to third parties to perform anti-fraud checks. As each shirt is produced on a placed order basis and cut specifically to your measurements and specifications, order cancellation is not possible once the production process has been put into motion. As such, should you wish to cancel your order you must do so within the first 24h after submitting it on the website.

All prices are stated in € EURO. These prices are calculated daily from the current exchange rates and are approximate only. The final price is fixed and will be charged in EUR €. The amount on your card statement will be the equivalent amount in your local currency based on the rate applied by your credit card company when your account is debited. Please note that rate used by your bank or credit card company may not be the exact rate as stated at time of purchase. The price of each product is stated excluding shipping costs but including Portuguese VAT (23%). RCC holds the right to change prices on products sold on its website. Price alterations may occur due to price increases in raw materials or updates to the Thomas Mason Bespoke library. Should the pricing be altered during a transaction, the original price will be kept during that process.

An additional shipping cost will be added to your order. Orders to Portugal will be shipped by CTT, all other will be using DHL Priority Shipment. Shipping Costs are as follow:

Extra duties an charges

For all countries inside the European Union (EU), prices include Portuguese VAT at 23%. Customers outside of the European Union (EU), will have the VAT charge removed in the checkout process. Orders to countries outside the European Union (EU) may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. We ship your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), which means we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur in any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

We operate Monday to Friday and not on local/public holidays. Delivery times may be a little longer during sales or local/public holidays:

Delivery status

All orders are shipped from our facilities in Porto – Portugal within 2 business days (subject to card clearance). Once your package is shipped we will send you an email with instructions on how to track and collect it. For all orders, the shipping confirmation will include carrier and tracking number information.

How to track your order

For orders to Portugal For other countries If we are unable to deliver the ordered goods you have the right to cancel the order. If the payment has been made in advance, your money will be refunded within 30 days. In the event of late deliveries a new delivery date will be offered.

Shipping and collecting

During the registration process you will be required to register or provide your personal address information. The package will be delivered to the address you have stated as your delivery address. If you wish us to ship your package to an alternative address please state that address in the checkout process. If you wish to send products to more than one address, please place one order for each address. You will be charged for shipping on each order. With the tracking number information provided with each order, you will be able to track your package at all times. Due to courier restrictions and the risk of credit card fraud we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

Shipping and collecting packages in Portugal

Orders within Portugal will be shipped with Portuguese national post (CTT). Track your package at CTT website using the tracking number provided. Depending on the size of the package you will receive it in your mailbox or you will be asked to pick it up at your local post office. In this case you will be required a signature when delivering the goods.

International orders will be shipped with DHL. Track your package at using the tracking number provided. Since couriers require your signature when delivering the goods, you will have to be present at specified shipping address at the time of the delivery.

Important information

All international orders require a signature upon delivery. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization or destination customs clearance.

Uncollected items

Shipping costs will not be refunded for uncollected items. Return shipment for uncollected items may be subject to additional taxes, costs or charges levied by customs or other parties, none of which will be refunded by RCC.

Returns and exchanges

As we’ve mentioned before each shirt is unique and produced for you according to your specifications; this is not a ready to wear shirt we can replace for another one in the same or another size. Each shirt is your unique creation and made to fit you and you alone. As such, should you not be happy with your purchase in any way, you need only return it to RCC and we will process the necessary alterations to make sure you are absolutely satisfied with the final result. Mind you that each shirt fit has specific tolerances specified here which are inherent to fabric behavior and a production process with heavy craftsmanship; RCC will not accept returns for shirts whose measurements are in accordance to the specified measures at the time of order, + or – the given tolerance. For returned shirts whose measurements are not in accordance with the specified tolerance, RCC will promptly process a full refund or produce a new shirt according to your liking.

All return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. When making a return, please be sure to clearly mark your return shipment as “returned goods” on any customs or postal forms and also on the outside of the package. A returns form will be enclosed with all your orders to make possible for you to return products. Please ensure that you fill in and enclose the returns form when returning a shirt to us.
